Artist description

Edvin Marton is a Hungarian violin artist. He performed at the Torino 2006 Olympic Games in front of 500 million viewers, and won an Emmy Award for the Best Musical Composition for his song "Tosca Fantasy" that year. He has sold more than 300,000 tickets and over 400,000 copies of his albums "Stradivarius" and "Virtuoso." He performs on a treasured Antonio Stradivarius violin, made in 1697 and valued at over $3 million dollars. 200 years ago, the greatest violinist of all time, Niccolo Paganini played on this very same violin!
