1. How can I buy Tickets?
The Promoters of Ed Sheeran and the artist himself are committed to combating unethical secondary ticketing and resale. For the 2022 tour we will be operating a new mobile digital ticket (OETICKET.Pass) sold ONLY via our approved outlets. In preparation for on sale, we recommend that you register an account with our approved outlets, details listed below. Your mobile /smartphone will be your ticket which will be contained within an app or wallet. Once the tickets have been purchased you will receive a simple email confirmation as proof of purchase. This is NOT your ticket or ticket(s). You will receive instructions on how to access your ticket(s) much nearer to the shows. Upon arrival at the show, you will then be required to present your mobile smart phone device containing your ticket(s) and you’ll scan yourself and your party into the venue via the turnstiles/entrances.
2. What is unethical secondary ticketing and ticket resale?
Unethical secondary ticketing is when people buy tickets at face value and then re-sell them at inflated prices via non-artist approved methods and websites, thus denying real fans the chance to buy at face value. Ticket touts and unauthorised resellers use multiple payment cards, false identities and sophisticated computer programmes (‘bots’) to buy up large amounts of tickets which they then offer for resale at highly-inflated prices.
3. When will the tickets go on sale?
Saturday, 25th September 2021, at 11 a.m. (11:00).
4. So where should I buy my ‘’face value’’ tickets from?
All official ticket agent websites will be listed on tour advertising and at EdSheeran.com Only buy tickets from the authorised website: www.oeticket.com
5. How much are the ‘’face value’’ tickets?
The tickets are EUR 60,25 / 90,65 / 100,75 including fees for Vienna.
6. What is the maximum number of tickets I can purchase for Ed Sheeran via the OETICKET.Pass?
You can purchase up to 6 tickets per date as part of the Ed Sheeran presale.
PLEASE NOTE that any and all transactions that are detected as bot purchases, patrons creating duplicate accounts in order to purchase more than the ticket limit or any action that indicates a suspicious purchase in excess of the ticket limit will be cancelled.
7. But we want to go as a bigger group/family?
You will have to try to complete another order with another mobile device.
8. What are the age restrictions?
The Wiener Jugendschutzgesetz (Vienna Youth Protection Act) applies. Young people up to their 14th birthday are not allowed to be out alone between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. (23:00-05:00). Young people between the ages of 14 and 16 are not allowed to be out alone between 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. (01:00-05:00).
9. How can I buy an Ed Sheeran ticket as a gift for another person?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to give a ticket directly to friends and relatives as a gift.
The matching ID of the name of the lead booker will be an entry requirement, the other tickets bought by that person can be used for other people as long as they ALL arrive with the lead booker. If you want to buy as gifts then you’ll also have to attend to get your recipients into the show.
10. What are the ticket purchase options for people with disabilities?
You have the option of booking your tickets through our call centre, which you can reach at +43 1 96096 202. Please note that only tickets for people with disabilities and their accompanying persons can be booked via the call centre.
11. How can I pay for my OETICKET.Pass tickets?
The available payment options will be displayed during the purchase process in our webshop.
12. My login to the OETICKET.App does not work. What can I do?

13. Can I book an OETICKET.Pass and another ticket at the same time?
It is currently not possible to combine OETICKET.Pass with other ticket/shipping types.
14. What is OETICKET.Pass?
With OETICKET.Pass, your tickets are sent digitally. The tickets are sent exclusively via the OETICKET.App. For admission on site, you also conveniently use the OETICKET.App. There will be no additional e-mail or postal dispatch.
15. How does the purchase process work at OETICKET.Pass?
The purchase process in our webshop is exactly the same as you know it from the other ticket types. The difference to „conventional“ tickets is that you will not receive your OETICKET.Pass tickets by post or e-mail, but they will be made available to you via the OETICKET.App.
16. What do I need to use OETICKET.Pass?
To use OETICKET.Pass, you need the latest version of the OETICKET.App and a smartphone with at least iOS 12 or Android 5.0. You can download the app itself free of charge from the App Store or Google Play. Please update your OETICKET.App regularly.
17. How can I download my OETICKET.Pass tickets?
OETICKET.Pass tickets can only be accessed within the OETICKET.App. After purchasing your tickets, please download the OETICKET.App if you have not already installed it. After logging in to the app with your EVENTIM account, you will be able to view your order. Your tickets will be displayed with a time delay due to security-related processes. In any case, you can retrieve your tickets in good time before the event.
18. Can I buy a ticket if I don’t have a smartphone?
A smartphone with a valid phone number is mandatory for retrieving the OETICKET.Pass.
19. When will I receive my ticket and when can I download my ticket?
You will receive your booked tickets after the contract has been concluded or, in the case of advance payment, after the full payment amount has been successfully debited from your payment account. Please note: For the Ed Sheeran presale, ticket delivery via the OETICKET.App is delayed due to a security check to combat the ticket black market. The delivery of your tickets will therefore take some time but will of course be in time for the event.
20. How can I change my data in the OETICKET.App?
In the app under „Personal data“. Please note that the mobile phone number stored there cannot be used to validate your tickets. The phone number you entered during the purchase process will be used for this purpose. If you would like to change this, please contact our customer service. (firstname.lastname@example.org)
21. Can I take out ticket insurance for OETICKET.Pass tickets?
Yes, you can also take out ticket insurance for tickets with the OETICKET.Pass shipping method in the purchase process.
22. What do I need to enter my mobile phone number for and how can I change it after purchasing tickets?
It is mandatory to provide your mobile phone number in the Ed Sheeran ticket purchase process, otherwise you will not be able to retrieve your tickets via OETICKET.Pass. In order to validate your tickets, we will send you a TAN to the mobile phone number provided shortly after the purchase. OETICKET.Pass tickets can only be retrieved by the buyer. The mobile phone number you entered during the order process is decisive. You cannot change this number yourself. It is therefore important that you carefully check your mobile phone number entry during the ordering process. For a subsequent change, please contact our customer service here. (email@example.com)
23. Can I resell my ticket?
Individual regulations apply to each event. You can resell your Ed Sheeran tickets via the ticket resale fanSALE from middle of October 2021 up to 24 hours before the event. To do this, call up your tickets via the OETICKET.App and start the sales process there.
24. Can I resell my ticket via other platforms?
No. The only approved platform for reselling Ed Sheeran tickets is fanSALE. The resale of tickets will be available from mid October 2021 on through fanSALE.at.
25. My tickets are not in my OETICKET.App, did the order still work?
If you can view your order in the „My Tickets“ area and have received an order confirmation email, your order was successful. Due to security-related procedures, you will receive your Ed Sheeran tickets at a later date, but your admission authorisation is already on file with us.
26. What documents do I need to show at the entrance?
You need your smartphone with the OETICKET.App installed and your OETICKET.Pass retrieved. To show the OETICKET.Pass admission code, you must be logged in with your EVENTIM account. The menu item „My Events“ will take you to the overview of the tickets you have purchased. Please make sure that your smartphone is sufficiently charged. Please have your identity card ready for possible name checks by the admission staff.
27. How can I access my OETICKET.Pass ticket if I don’t have Internet access?
Tip: Download your OETICKET.Pass tickets to your smartphone at home. This way you don’t need an internet connection at the entrance.
28. I have bought tickets for several people: Do we all have to appear together at the entrance to the Ed Sheeran events?
Yes, a digital ticket entitles only one person at a time to enter the booked event. If a purchaser buys multiple digital tickets, these will only be stored on their mobile device. Upon entry to the event, the purchaser’s mobile device must be passed on in the purchaser’s presence in order to scan the respective authorisation code.
29. I can’t get in with my tickets, it failed to scan and I’ve been turned away at the turnstile?
Don’t worry, we can try and help you. In the first instance head to the box office where someone will be able to help you work out what’s gone wrong. Remember DO NOT buy a ticket from someone you don’t know either in person on the street OR from an unauthorised secondary ticket website.
30. My phone is out of battery so I can’t access my ticket(s)?
Please make sure your phone is fully charged before you leave the house to avoid this situation. Of course if you run out of battery please go to the box office where someone will be able to assist you to find your order. Please note that waiting times can occur.
31. What can I do if my smartphone is lost, stolen or broken?
Your order and your tickets are linked to your EVENTIM account. If you no longer have access to your smartphone, you can log in to the OETICKET.App on another smartphone and access your order. If necessary, please also change your password so that unauthorised persons cannot access your tickets.

32. Are cameras allowed?
Professional cameras (deemed as cameras with removable lenses), video and recording equipment are strictly forbidden. Personal use cameras and smart-phone cameras are fine.
33. Some of my friends have fallen ill. How can I pass on or resell my friends‘ tickets?
It is possible to resell individual tickets via www.fansale.at from middle of October up to 24 hours before the event starts.
