Useful information about the event
The concert is organized by Green Stage Production, held at the MVM Dome. Please read the following information carefully to ensure a smooth arrival and an enjoyable experience.
Cashless Payment
To ensure the fastest service, contactless and card payments are recommended throughout the venue. Cash payment is also accepted, however, card payments are faster and help avoid queues.
Online Food & Beverage Ordering
During the concert, guests can conveniently order food and drinks via the MVM Dome mobile application. Orders and payments can be made through a smartphone, and collection takes place at the designated counters. Pre-paid orders can be picked up at dedicated “fast lanes”, ensuring minimal waiting time. You can track your order status and the nearest pickup point directly in the app, and simply present the code provided upon collection.
Arrival and Access
On the day of the concert, we strongly recommend using public transportation to avoid traffic congestion. The venue is easily accessible by metro, tram, or bus, as well as by Főtaxi or Lime scooter (the event’s official micromobility partner).
For those arriving by car, parking is available only with a pre-purchased parking ticket for the MVM Dome car park. Parking tickets can be purchased at the following link: https://bit.ly/4ednj3t
Important notes:
Your purchased parking ticket will always be available in your registered account.
Each event requires a separate parking ticket.
Entry to the parking area is not permitted without a valid parking ticket.
Parking tickets are valid from one hour before doors open until one hour after the event ends.
For guests with reduced mobility, we recommend the P1A and P1B parking areas.
Eventcup Reusable Cup System
The event operates with a refundable Eventcup system. The one-time deposit fee per cup is 600 HUF. More information on MVM Dome website.
Cloakroom
Cloakroom service fee: 500 HUF One cloakroom tag is valid for one piece of clothing and one bag. Replacement fee for a lost tag: 500 HUF Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for any items left or deposited in the cloakroom. Temporary retrieval of items (e.g. for smoking breaks) is not possible.
Prohibited Items
For safety reasons, the following items are strictly prohibited inside the venue: • Professional cameras with detachable lenses • Weapons, knives, batons • Pyrotechnic devices • Drugs or alcohol • Food and beverages • Live animals • Laser pointers • Bags larger than A4 size • Brass knuckles, pepper spray, glass containers
