What is ticket return insurance?
This insurance policy provides a refund for the price of your purchased tickets in the event that you are unable to attend an event due to reasons such as illness. Detailed terms and conditions can be found in the Insurance Policy. Please note that insurance can only be purchased at the time of the ticket order; retrospective application is not possible.
Please be advised that Ticket Cancellation Insurance is available exclusively to residents of the European Union and the European Economic Area.
How to purchase the insurance?
You may opt for the insurance during the ordering process by clicking the "Ticket Insurance" button in your shopping cart. The cost of the insurance and the updated total amount will be displayed accordingly.
What is the procedure for filing a claim?
If you hold a Ticket Cancellation Insurance policy and wish to file a claim, please submit the following documents to the address provided below:
- Current bank account details for the reimbursement.
- The original tickets to be refunded (or printed copies in the case of print@home orders).
- The order confirmation email.
- The receipt delivered with the tickets.
- A medical certificate containing the diagnosis and treatment details, or other supporting documentation as specified in Section 7 of the Insurance Terms and Conditions (e.g., a medical report).
Following the verification of the documentation, the Insurer will transfer the value of the tickets to your specified bank account.
