TICKETSHOP HELP

When you have decided to order click at the event of you choice on „Tickets“ we will then accompany you through the necessary steps of your order. Don’t worry – your order will only be processed when at the end of the ordering process you hit the „place order“ button. The total amount is only charged by us when we have sent you the tickets.

CHOOSE YOUR TICKETS
Click on „Tickets“ next to the event of your choice. You can now choose the date and/or time of the performance. Click on „Ticket“ again at the appropriate date and /or time. In this step the different price categories including the description of the type of ticket/ standing room, seats etc. are shown. There are 2 possiblities of choosing your tickets that will be explained in detail in Step 2a and Step 2b:
- Best seat booking (best seats of the chosen category)
- Seatmap booking (choose your seat via interactive seatmap)

ATTENTION: the chosen tickets chosen will be reserved for you for 20 minutes in the shopping cart after which the reservation is expired. You can only choose a maximum of 8 tickets per category, if you wish to order more then click on „Choose further tickets for this event“ above the contents of the shopping cart.

BEST SEAT BOOKING
During an order the best seats ( next to each other ) are automatically booked for the category chosen. As an alternative, for some events, a seating plan booking is offered where you as customer can choose your seats with the interactive seating plan like at the cinema. ( see step 2b – Seating plan booking ).

SEATING PLAN BOOKING
For some events you can choose your seats directly in the interactive seating plan. Click on the symbol to start the seating plan booking. ( Attention: If you use a pop-up blocker it must be deactivated. To be able to use the seating plan booking Java must be installed on your computer. You can download Java for free here: java.com ).
If you are using Chrome Version 42 or higher, an additional configuration step is required to continue using NPAPI plugins (such as for exmple Java):
1. In your URL bar, enter: chrome://flags/#enable-npapi
2. Click the Enable link for the Enable NPAPI configuration option.
3. Click the Relaunch button that now appears at the bottom of the configuration page.
In the pop-up that opens you can see a seating plan. When you click on to the area of your choice you will be zoomed in. In the navigation window you can enlarge or reduce the scale and scroll the area chosen. By clicking the upper navigation field you will be returned to the main window. Now choose your seats by clicking on a coloured marked seat ( the price category is then explained in the caption to the right ). Here you can choose, if applicable, a discount ( attention: this is checked during admission ). Please note that when discounts are to be chosen only one type of discount can be chosen at one time. Choose for example seat Nr.2 at the normal price and afterwards seat Nr. 3 at the children’s price. Seats or discounts which were incorrectly chosen can be deleted immediately in the select window. SHOPPING CART
Like in a real supermarket you can collect different articles in your shopping cart before you go to the cash desk to pay for them all. Individual items can be removed from the shopping cart at any time. You can directly access the shopping cart from anywhere by clicking the shopping cart icon at the top of a page. In the status bar the number of tickets already reserved and the actual total amount are shown. Once you’re satisfied with the chosen items in shopping cart, please use button “proceed to checkout” to continue.

STEP 1 – REGISTRATION
You will now be asked to register with your email address. In case you already have an account please switch to “returning customer” and enter your previously chosen password*. Click on “Sign in & continue” to proceed to next step.
* In case you forgot your passwort please click on “password forgotten” link. Enter the email address you registered with and you will receive an email with further instructions to change your password.

STEP 2 – DELIVERY INFORMATION
Please choose your desired delivery type (courier delivery, pickup or print@home) and add necessary date for fulfillment of tickets. Click on the button below to proceed. In case there is more than one delivery / pickup method for your chosen delivery type, those will be shown in step inbetween. Please choose your desired method and click on the button below, eg for Print@Home “I will print my tickets”. You can get further information about delivery types by clicking on grey Information icon next to the choosen delivery type. Please note that delivery methods may vary depending on selected performance and time until event. In case you want to change your delivery mode later on, just click on “Change shipping” link next in STEP2.

STEP 3 – PAYMENT INFORMATION
On the bottom, your chosen delivery method and its details are now displayed. In the main window, you will now see possible payment methods. Please click on the desired method to get more information. In case you want to specify an invoice address (different from your delivery address – eg for company invoice), it can be specified in drop-down field clicking in "Add custom invoice information". In order to confirm your choice click on the button of the choosen payment type. In this step you also have the opportunity to choose “Tex Hungary Carefree” service. To add this service please click on option "YES, I want Tex Hungary Kft. Carefree protection". More detailed you can find info about Tex Hungary Kft. Carefree service below.

STEP 3a – INVOICE ADDRESS (optional)
In case you want to specify an invoice address (different from your delivery address – eg for company invoice), it can be specified in STEP3-Payment Information, in the drop-down field clicking in "Add custom invoice information". In case you made up your mind and don’t want to specify invoice address, just miss this step or just remove this field with clicking again on "Add custom invoice information".

SUMMARY OF ORDER – CONFIRMATION
On the right lower side appears again a summary of your complete order including delivery fees, your personal data and delivery address, method of delivery and method of payment. Please check these carefully. To now complete the order click on „place order“. With this step your order is binding and the amount will be booked from e.g. your credit card.“

PURCHASE CONFIRMATION
You now receive a message that your order was successfully completed. Within the next few minutes you will receive an e-mail a confirmation of your order with an order number. But you can print this immediately by clicking the printer symbol. In case you chose print@home (print your tickets), an additional button is displayed on this page, click on it and follow the instructions to print your tickets.
In case you buy any tickets via our webshop, clicking on Reserve tickets button you accept our Terms of use (Policies/Terms of use) for event tickets and vouchers. For all other questions about your order please take a look at our FAQs.

The "Tex Hungary Carefree"

What is “Tex Hungary Carefree”?

IMPORTANT: TEX Hungary Care free Contact is not valid for those cases, when event is cancelled or postponed.
In case of “Care free Contract” while availing oneself in the service TEX Hungary Ltd. will guarantee the re-exchange right to ticket buyer stipulated in Terms And Conditions under specified cases and conditions. The re-exchange or respectively at least the declaration to claim the re-exchange can happen during the purchase at TEX Hungary Ltd. and at least 24 hours before the beginning of the event (we can not accept claims within 24 hours before the beginning of the event):

Incidences that would justify the re-exchange:

Illness, accident, pregnancy, death

• The occurring of such severe illness, accident, complications linked to pregnancy, death which all happen, reveal after the purchase of the ticket with the buyer him/herself or with a relative who purchased the ticket to the same event.
The re-exchange is only possible if the person who purchased the ticket was in proper health condition at the time of the purchase. In such case no more than six (6) people can claim the re-exchange.

• In case of mental health abuse the re-exchange can only be made possible, if:
-the inability to work was confirmed by psychiatrist or
- employer has confirmed the inability to work.

• In case of chronic illness the re-exchange can only be made possible if he/she cannot participate on the event because the illness has become more severe and it is verified.

• In case of pregnancy the re-exchange can only be guaranteed, if:
- the pregnancy began after the purchase of the ticket and the event occurs after the 24th week of the pregnancy.
- or the pregnancy began after the purchase of the ticket and the will-be-born child would be in peril due to the participation on the event.

In case of public transport delay or malfunction:

•If it is impossible to participate on the event because of delay or malfunction of public transport . (The entry to the event has finished or the event is over).

Malfunction of the own vehicle before arriving to the event.

•In case one’s own vehicle has a breakdown or the passengers suffer an accident on the way to the event. In case the ignition key is lost or out of fuel it should not entitle to re-exchange with the „Care Free Contract” service.

In case the organizer changes the schedule.

•If an event or its date has been changed and the ticket is valid to the new time or event, but the owner of the ticket cannot participate on the event the ticket can be re-exchanged. This can be made after the new date has been made public from that moment on until thirty (30) days.


What-to-do in case of illness or accident.

All the people concerned from the moment they have the possibility should refer to the problem in a written form to TEX Hungary Ltd. (the latest 24 hours before the beginning of the event. ) to one of the following contacts:

• The person concerned is obligated to take all the necessary steps within reasonable care to avoid the harmful event.

The person concerned is obligated according to his/her contractual duties to fully inform TEX Hungary Ltd.
In case of illness or accident the person concerned has to take care of the delivery of the detailed medical certificate to TEX Hungary Ltd.
In case of a present the person who got the ticket as a gift can also validate his/her claim if he/she sends the proper documents to TEX Hungary Ltd.

These documents are the following:
– the original ticket
– receipt/bill of delivery issued by TEX Hungary Ltd.
– documents/official testimonies which prove the case (detailed medical certificate which contains the diagnosis, employer’s certificate, police minutes, and in case of death the death certificate copy)

Infringement of obligation

If the person concerned infringes any of his/her obligations TEX Hungary Ltd. can withdraw or cancel the service.

The following cases will not create a basis for right to reimbursement:

Impaired health status:

If the purchase of the tickets happens during the aftermath of an illness or accident or that person is aware of a surgery or medical intervention and will not recover until the day of the event. Even in that case if the aftercare or the medical intervention happened after the purchase of the tickets and the buyer will not recover until the day of the event.

Cancellation on behalf of the organizer:

If the organizer cannot or just partially can fulfill the terms and conditions included in the contract or the event is cancelled. In such cases the organizer is obliged to reimburse the price of the tickets according to his/her own contractual terms and conditions.

The “Care Free Contract” does not involve the following incidents:
- in case the purchase occurs under acute illness or after such accident, from which the person concerned will not recover until the date of the event.
such incident occurs that should be known by the person concerned in advance at the time of the purchase of the ticket (e.g.: surgery)

• If any of the listed facts is true about the person concerned than he/she is not entitled to re-exchange:
– abuse of alcohol or drugs
– suicide or suicide attempt
– participation in strikes or civil unrest
– participation in vehicle- or boat racing and training
– participation in dangerous activities that puts the person concerned in peril
– negligent or deliberate actions
– committed or attempted acts of crime.

• After the following incidents and their consequences no re-exchange occurs:
acts of war, terror attack, any kind of civil unrest, epidemic, nationwide epidemic, world epidemic,natural disaster (acts of God)

• Consequences of official proceedings (confiscation of assets, detention, deportation due to illegal residence) shall not be deemed as incidents justifying re-exchange.

EXPLANATORY TERMS

Persons concerned could be:
- relatives (married couples, parents, children, father-in-law, mother-in-law, grandparents and sisters and brothers)
– the partner, the partner’s parents and children
– chaperon for minors or their relatives

Organizer
Any kind of business/organization/company which can render event services to contractual partner based on actual contract.

Public transport utility vehicles
Any kind of such public transport utility vehicle which travels on everyday route and schedule and capable to carry paying passengers. Taxis and leased vehicles do not deem as public transport utility vehicles.

Technical difficulties /Malfunction
Any kind of sudden and unexpected malfunction of the vehicle that causes electrical or mechanical breakdown and results in the termination of the voyage to the event. Such as: the wheel breaks out, the fuel runs out, the ignition key is locked inside the vehicle or the battery dies these all can be deemed as technical difficulties. Loss of the ignition key, or filling up with inappropriate fuel which causes a break down does not come under this procedure.

Personal accident
The person concerned has suffered an accident unrelated to his/her actions.

Accident with a vehicle
Every such accident due to which the voyage to the event is terminated. Such as: crash, collision, and turnover, slipping into ditch, jamming or sinking.

Severe illness/Severe aftermath of accident
The aftermath of illnesses or accidents can be deemed as severe, if the result is temporary or enduring inadequacy to work.
